Meet Sharonne
I’m a qualified counsellor & psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I have five years’ experience supporting people with a range of emotional difficulties and personal challenges across diverse clinical and charity settings.
My work is grounded in a psychodynamic approach, which looks at how past experiences may shape how you feel and respond in the present. While this underpins my work, I adapt my approach to suit you as an individual. At the heart of what I offer is a warm, down-to-earth and client-centred way of working.
I understand that we can all struggle at times. Life isn’t always straightforward and while some things can’t be changed, they don’t have to hold you back. It’s not about everything being perfect, but about learning how to look after yourself, manage what life brings and live life as fully and as well as you can.

Counsellor & Psychotherapist – MBACP
I am fully qualified, insured, clinically supervised and hold a current DBS certificate.
The most meaningful part of my work is seeing clients grow in confidence and begin to live happier, more satisfying lives.
