Counselling & Psychotherapy in Stanmore, North West London and online
Supporting you towards a clearer mind, stronger relationships and a brighter future.
Life can bring challenges that leave you feeling anxious, overwhelmed or carrying more than you can manage alone.
Taking time to focus on yourself, together with professional support, can help you feel heard, understood and improve your overall well-being.
You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.

Hello, I’m Sharonne, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a warm, and down-to-earth approach.
I’m passionate about helping people live life as fully and as well as they can – not perfectly but in a way that makes the most of what life brings.
My focus is on creating a safe, welcoming and confidential space, where you can feel comfortable to speak openly and without judgement.

How it works
1. Get in touch
Book your free 20-minute introductory call.
This is a chance to share what brings you to therapy, ask any questions and see if working together feels right.
2. Schedule your first session
If you feel comfortable moving forward, you can book your initial full session to start exploring things in more depth.
This can take place either in-person at my consulting room in Stanmore, or online.
3. Start our work together
We’ll meet weekly for 50-minute sessions, at a regular day and time, giving you a consistent, safe space to focus on what matters to you.
We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you and for as long as you need.
4. Move forward
Move forward with greater self-awareness, a deeper understanding of your patterns and relationships and the practical skills to navigate life with more clarity, confidence and satisfaction.
You don’t need to have anything worked out to begin. If you’re thinking about getting support, you’re welcome to get in touch or book a free introductory call.
Reaching out takes courage and can feel like a big step, but it’s also the beginning of things starting to feel better.
I am here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel heard.
Together, we can make sense of what’s been going on for you, understand why you feel the way you do and look at practical ways to begin making changes that help things feel lighter.
